Why Students, Graduates and Post-Graduates Should Never be Undervalued.
At Cobalt Carbon Free, we take pride in welcoming young people into our company. We have a history of work placements, University schemes and hiring graduates. We know that the future is now, and we cannot ignore the bright minds of young adults, their potential and the fresh energy they bring to a company.
Last year we took part in two of University of Nottingham’s student schemes; the Nottingham internship scheme and the Postgraduate Placement Nottingham scheme. Our office came to life with three eager students working hard on projects to help our company develop. We even kept one of them on as a part-time employee while he finished his degree.
